W-2 Info
If you signed up for your W-2 to be emailed to you then that email will contain instructions for how to continue. If you did not sign up for your W-2 to be emailed to you, then your W-2 will be mailed to your most recently provided home address by January 31st.
Shortly after the start of the year SPMI will also upload your W-2 to our online system SPMI Online. You may print additional copies of your W-2 from this resource. If you have never signed up for SPMI Online, please follow the instructions here to get started.
